The Magical fairy tree "tea party" event

The magical fairy tree is a great idea created by a lovely family who have spent a great amount of time and money decorating and bringing magic to a very lucky tree in lancing ring! Located not far from lancing manor, the tree has a glitter trail leading up to it, with fairy doors and windows, it is a place where children can all share their love for fairys. Drawing pictures, leaving letters and small gifts for the fairys in the form or buttons, beads and old toys, giving up their dummy's for the "fairy babies" are just some of the things that have happened so far! It is always nice when something brings the community together and this has been a great sucess so far!

A welcome party had been set up to thank everyone who has been to the tree so far, Local businesses Mad hatter's tea parlour, Alibeads face painting and Carts desire were all generously providing their services for free. 2 hours of magical fun!

I was asked if I could set up a fairy photo booth and provide 1 free photo for each child, edited and sent to the parents email :).

It was the first time I had been to the tree, so i took a few quick snaps before the children and parents got there. It is easy to see why children love it so much with its cute little doors and windows, all one with the tree, covered in glitter! :)

As i was taking photos people started arriving, children were mezmorised by the glitter trail and with a smile and their faces lead the way up the path!

Many of the children who came had their letters and drawings with them, ready to pin to the tree!

Time to get started! I took most of the photo booth photos infront of the tree, i had props and costumes with me for the children who didn't dress up. I also had my pink canopy and stool.
